I ordered these shoes and was sent the wrong pair, they sent ballet flats instead of Mary Janes. I emailed them since there is no phone number on the website. I got no reply. I emailed again and got a reply addressed to someone else. I looked up a phone number and called - no answering machine set up but they did call me back. I explained the problem and was told I could reorder the shoes again and get the correct ones and they apologized for sending the wrong shoes. They said they would send a label for returns within 24 hours. It has now been 4 days, no label. I got the replacement shoes - wrong ones again. I would like a return label for both pairs of shoes. I will not order from this company again. Linda Clark
