These shoes are very attractive but lack any structure and are far tooo big. I am interested in ordering a size down. I am disappointed as I bought pumps last month in this same size that were a little roomy but I could wear them. These in the same size are falling off my feet. There is no exchange info in the box nor any info included on the emailed invoice. I now need to reach out to customer service to get return instructions. This is not the easiest way for customers to access assistance.
