Terribly uncomfortable, they run small. No cushion feeling what so ever. Ordered up a size, still pinch my heel. I returned mine & will not reorder again.

Worst customer service ever! It all started when they didn’t send me a confirmation email for the order I placed. When I contacted them they sent the confirmation. I was surprised that they sent me the wrong order (was already shipped by the time they responded). They don’t exchange. So, now i have to return the shoes they sent, pay for the shipping fees, and then order the shoes I want. Sufficient to say I will just return the shoes and ask for a refund. I don’t want to deal with this company anymore. They also take ages to respond which only made things worse as this whole issue could have been avoided if they were more responsive… Don’t recommend buying from here.
